Key Employees

We work with management to identify current and future leaders of the organization. Using friendly, non-judgmental, conversational interviews, we determine the needs and leadership capabilities of each key employee. The detailed knowledge we collect enables us to identify the new ways our client can utilize each person to best achieve both near- and long-term corporate objectives. We also recommend a development plan for each individual and for the group as a whole.

The outcome is a two-fold effect. By meeting the needs of each key employee and utilizing them in new ways, our client increases job satisfaction and therefore retention. At the same time, the corporation is getting more from key employees in their daily jobs and by utilizing them in new ways that improve corporate performance.

Skills Survey

Using our analytical tools, we develop a detailed inventory of skills required to meet the current and future needs of our client. Every employee is surveyed to determine which skills each has and their level of proficiency. We deliver a query-able database showing all the employees who have a certain skill or all the skills that a particular employee has, with proficiency levels in each case. We also create customized searches to meet the particular needs of each organization.

When the client has a need for a particular skill, it can immediately identify the employees who have that skill and utilize them effectively. The information is also used to deliver targeted training to compensate for any skills deficiencies. We provide the tools needed to utilize in-house resources effectively and reduce outsourcing or reliance on contractors.
